Washington sources tell this reporter that the office of 9/11 police state (aka "intelligence reform") bill conferee Sen. Roberts has confirmed that provisions relating to drivers' licenses, National IDs and other police-state/PATRIOT II measures will not be passed during the current lame-duck session of the 108th Congress.
