Cops who arrested a man at gunpoint for
attempting to re-enter his flood-wrecked home in Cedar Rapids
Iowa will not be disciplined and were in fact praised for
acting "appropriately" as the man they apprehended
was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and faces five
years behind bars.
