Propaganda Matrix Forum Rules These rules are for the benefit and protection of all who post here, and for those of all ages and background who read here as well.... Any direct threat of violence or death, toward any person, whether on this forum or not, be they known or unknown, famous or infamous, political or nonpolitical, in any case whatsoever, will be grounds for an immediate expulsion.... All other threats, depending on severity will be dealt with appropriately.
We expect the kind of aberrant behavior described above from the enemy, but in order to maintain the moral high ground in the infowar for the hearts and minds of the good people of the world, this will not happen on these pages. Thank you for your indulgence.
1. Propaganda Matrix Forum is a subscription 'free' service; open-minded, intelligent discussion is encouraged, we seek integration of ideas and unity of purpose to arrive at solutions toward liberty.
2. Mutual respect is paramount; inflammatory language will not be tolerated.
3. Personal attacks will not be tolerated.
4. Please post new topics in the appropriate sections and keep replies on topic. Moderators may move them to their appropriate sections, merge them with other topics, alter titles, or delete them if they are confrontational, disruptive, counter-productive and/or divisive rhetoric. In addition to keep the flow of the threads on point, do not use pictures on your signature.
5. Repeated violations will result in the prevention of further posting.
6. Forum users will comply with the direction of the Global Moderators; they are here to ensure that this forum does not fall prey to the thousands of trolls (* see below *) scheming to sabotage our mission. In all cases involving dispute the Moderator's decisions are final.
7. This forum obeys the strict doctrine of non-violent, peaceful, non-fallacious, open and honest debate and discourse. Please respect these rules wholeheartedly.
8. There will always be allegations of censorship in public forums, however, the term is most generally used to improperly demonize the practice of "editorial oversight" which is necessary to maintain civility in public discourse. Censorship is a practice of governments not public forums. Governments, by making certain words or phrases illegal and punishable by law, THAT is censorship-- government enforced political correctness with penalties, or laws that punish the use of certain words or phrase they call "hate speech", this is censorship.
9. Incessant whining and ninnying will not be tolerated.
10. The basis of all these rules can be summed up in the golden rule: "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." Follow that rule, and compliance to the other rules should come naturally.
The well thought out rules of this forum are the guidelines of editorial control that apply here. You will not be jailed nor will your property be seized for breaching the editorial rules here. You may be banned from posting, however, should you repeatedly break these rules. This is a far cry from the punishments you would receive under politically correct government neo-censorship. So please abide by the editorial rules here... they are a necessary guideline for the benefit of all who post.
